General Policy of the Establishment
Scope of application — acceptance
This policy applies to services provided in the premises of KRYSTL NAILS N CO (17, Place du Général de Gaulle, 93100 Montreuil — SIRET 851 611 426) and governs the contractual relationship between KRYSTL NAILS N CO through its service providers and customers wishing to benefit from an on-site service. By carrying out a reservation and to the payment of the deposit, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted without reservation all of the provisions below. The policy constitutes a contract between the parties with regard to the services provided on site.
Definitions
For the purposes hereof, the following terms shall apply:
" Reservation " — act by which the customer requests and obtains the reservation of a time slot for a benefit carried out on the premises of the establishment.
" Deposit " — amount paid as an advance which materializes the contractual commitment of the client and which is chargeable to the total price of the service. The deposit does not constitute an automatic waiver of the obligation to perform the contract by the client, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
" Benefit " — any operation, service or care provided by KRYSTL NAILS N CO in its premises (nail application, manicure, etc.).
" Provider " — The service provider assumes contractual liability and, where applicable, professional civil liability linked to the performance of the service within the premises of KRYSTL NAILS N CO, within the limits and conditions provided by law and the contract.
" Customer " — natural person having made a reservation with the aim of benefiting from a service and concluding a reservation.
"No-show" — absence of the client at the appointment or delay of the client greater than 10 minutes, which for the purposes of this policy is equivalent to a failure to perform the service attributable to the customer.
" Delay " — arrival of the client after the agreed appointment time; a delay of 10 minutes or less is tolerated, a delay greater than 10 minutes is assimilated to a no-show.
" Pay " — difference between the total price of the service and the deposit already paid; the balance remains due in the event of a no-show.
"Acknowledgement of receipt" — confirmation sent by KRYSTL NAILS N CO (SMS/Email/PayPal/Stripe) confirming the validation of the reservation following payment of the deposit.
"Means of payment" — instruments used: in particular PayPal, Stripe, Lydia, cash or other banking methods accepted.
“Personal data” — information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person collected in the context of appointment management and customer relations.
"Privacy Statement" — dedicated page accessible to the customer which details the purposes, legal basis, recipients, retention period and methods of exercising rights relating to personal data.
“Force majeure” — external, unforeseeable and irresistible event within the meaning of French case law temporarily suspending or exonerating the obligations of the parties.
"Competent jurisdiction" — French jurisdiction competent to hear disputes arising from the application of this policy.
Booking platform, price display and information verification
There online booking platform of KRYSTL NAILS N CO is accessible to the public and displays all prices applicable to services. The online booking procedure includes a mandatory verification step : the customer must check and confirm the accuracy of all information provided, including prices, before the reservation can be validated.
The reservation can also be initiated by message (SMS / WhatsApp / Email) or call provided that a confirmation be issued by KRYSTL NAILS N CO. The final validation of the reservation is subject to the payment of the deposit and the issuance of a acknowledgment of receipt.
Online and in-person payment methods

Formation of contract and proof
The contract is formed upon reservation validation : confirmation online or by message, payment of the deposit and sending of theacknowledgment of receiptElectronic elements (screenshots, emails, SMS, PayPal/Stripe receipts) constitute means of proof enforceable and are kept in accordance with legal obligations.
Confirmation, cancellation and financial conditions
The client must confirm their presence the day before the appointment. before 7 p.m. ; otherwise, the slot may be cancelled and rebooked. The customer can cancel their reservation at any time via the customer area or by contacting the establishment. If the cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the service, thedeposit will be fully refunded by the same means as the initial payment, subject to bank delays. If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the service, the deposit may be kept by KRYSTL NAILS N CO as compensation. If KRYSTL NAILS N CO cancels the appointment, the client can choose between the report of the appointment or the full refund of the deposit.
Delay, no-show and customer financial liability
A 10 minute tolerance of delay is applied. Any delay greater than 10 minutes is considered a no-show. In case of no-show, the customer remains liable for the full payment of the service planned; the deposit already paid will be deducted from the total amount due and the pay will be immediately due. KRYSTL NAILS N CO may proceed to amicable recovery, then judicial recovery if necessary, of the remaining balance due, with application of interest and recovery costs authorized by law. This contractual clause is intended to compensate for the loss linked to the unavailability of the slot for other customers and will be applied in compliance with French law and the principle of proportionality.
Unavailability of the service provider and force majeure
If the service provider is unable to provide the service (illness, incident, force majeure), KRYSTL NAILS N CO will inform the customer without delay and will offer either the report of the appointment, or the full refund of the deposit. In the event of an event of force majeure suspending the execution of the obligations, these are neutralized for the duration of the impediment; if the suspension exceeds 30 days, each party may terminate the contract without additional compensation, subject to prior notice.
Refunds
Any refund due (cancellation compliant by the customer ≥ 48 hours or cancellation attributable to the service provider) will be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the reimbursement decision, by the same means than the initial payment unless expressly agreed otherwise. The customer will be informed by SMS/WhatsApp/Email of the implementation and the expected date of the credit.
Hygiene — Health rules
Before the start of each service, it is OBLIGATORY that the customer proceeds to hand washing with soap and water in accordance with current health guidelines. KRYSTL NAILS N CO applies strict hygiene protocols (disinfected equipment, cleaning procedures, compliance with professional recommendations) and the client is required to comply with staff instructions to ensure everyone's health and safety. Failure to comply with health instructions may result in refusal of the service without reimbursement.
Other details
THE Accompanying persons are not allowed, whatever the reason, in order to preserve reception capacity, confidentiality and health security within the premises. Only people with disabilities are authorized to be accompanied ; this support must be indicated when booking and may be subject to reasonable conditions aimed at ensuring the proper performance of the service and the safety of other users.
Personal data (GDPR)
The data collected for appointment management is used exclusively for theexecution of the contract (appointment booking, invoicing, customer management). For all detailed information relating to the processing of personal data, the purposes, the recipients, the retention period and the methods of exercising rights (access, rectification, erasure, limitation, portability, opposition), the customer is invited to consult the page " Privacy Statement » of the establishment. Requests relating to personal data may be addressed in accordance with the procedures specified in this Declaration.
Price, information and preservation of evidence
Prices are displayed on the booking platform and are confirmed at the latest upon completion of the service. Any price changes occurring before the service will be subject to prior notification and express agreement from the customer if the final amount should be higher. KRYSTL NAILS N CO retains booking records, payments and correspondence (SMS/Email) as supporting documents and in accordance with applicable legal deadlines.
Applicable law and disputes
This policy is governed by the French lawThe customer is requested to contact KRYSTL NAILS N CO in advance for any complaint with a view to an amicable resolution; failing this, the competent courts may be contacted. For consumers, consumer mediation channels remain open.
Final clause — acceptance
By proceeding to the payment of the deposit and receiving theacknowledgment of receipt, the customer expressly declares having read and accepted without reservation all of the provisions of this Establishment Policy.
